His great midfield skills caught the eye of Mexican national team coach Manuel Lapuente, who called on Cabrera to play for Mexico on various occasions. When Lapuente was named coach of Mexico City's Atlante in 2001, he requested Cabrera's services. It was because of good players, like Cabrera, that saved Atlante from going to the Primera División A division. Later, he was traded back to Necaxa for the Verano 2002 tournament. After a brief stop with Puebla, he was once again returned to Necaxa and has been there ever since.
Salvador Reyes Monteón

Reyes won his first championship in 1957, from then on the club became unstoppable, winning six more titles. He was the last member from the club to win campeon de goleo (Goal scorer champion) up until Omar Bravo won it on April 28, 2007 with 11 goals. It had been 45 years since a player from Guadalajara won the campeon de goleo.[citation needed].
Henri Salvador
Origin/Culture/Country: FrenchHenri Salvador: was a French singer.He began his musical career as a guitarist accompanying other singers. He had learned the guitar by imitating Django Reinhardt's recordings, and was to work alongside him in the 1940s. Salvador recorded several songs written by Boris Vian with Quincy Jones as arranger. He played many years in the Ray Ventura (dead on 29 March 1979) et Ses Collégiens where he used to sing, dance and even play comedy on stage, and made some appearances in great movies such as "Nous irons à Monte-Carlo (1950) " or "Nous irons à Paris" (Jean Boyer's film of 1949 with the Peters Sisters) or "Mademoiselle s'amuse" (1948). He is known to have recorded the first French rock and roll songs in 1956 written by Boris Vian and Michel Legrand Rock'n Roll Mops, Rock hoquet, Va t'faire cuire un oeuf, man and Dis-moi qu'tu m'aimes rock under the artist name of Henry Cording, (a play on words with Recording).

"Fallador" literally translates as "the Squanderer").Salvador is the third scorer in Atlante history, just below "Cabinho" and Sebastián González. He used the number 9 in his jersey, he only changed it when Hugo Sánchez came to Atlante so he changed his number to 68.
