Hugh McKenzie: was an Ontario farmer and political figure. He represented Lambton East in the Legislative Assembly of Ontario from 1890 to 1893 as a Liberal member. He was born in Inverness-shire, Scotland in 1840 and came to East Williams Township, Middlesex County with his parents in 1848. The family later moved to Warwick. In 1864, he married Elizabeth Fraser. McKenzie died of typhoid fever in 1893, aged 53, while still in office and was buried in Watford.

Peter H. McKenzie: was a Canadian politician. A farmer, McKenzie was a Liberal candidate for Bruce West in 1896, but he was defeated. He was a township and County Councillor in Bruce County. He was President of the Lucknow Agricultural Society and the South Bruce Farmers Institute. He was first elected to the Canadian House of Commons for Bruce South at the general elections of 1904. He was defeated in 1908.

He represented Nanaimo in the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia from 1890 to 1894. McKenzie was endorsed by the Miners' and Mine Labourers' Protective Association as a farmers' candidate in 1890.

William Alexander McKenzie: was a builder and political figure in British Columbia. He represented Similkameen in the Legislative Assembly of British Columbia from 1918 to 1933 as a Conservative. He was a resident of Penticton from 1906 and served as reeve in 1917. McKenzie was first elected to the provincial assembly in a 1918 by-election held after Lytton Wilmot Shatford was named to the Canadian senate. He was a member of provincial cabinet, serving as Minister of Mines and Minister of Labour. He moved to Victoria after being named to cabinet. McKenzie was defeated by Charles Herbert Percy Tupper when he ran for reelection in 1933.

Daniel George McKenzie: was a farmer and political figure in Nova Scotia, Canada. He represented Cumberland County in the Nova Scotia House of Assembly from 1920 to 1933 as a United Farmers and then Liberal-Conservative member. McKenzie served as Speaker of the House of Assembly of Nova Scotia from 1929 to 1933. He was party leader for the United Farmers of Nova Scotia and leader of the opposition in 1920. McKenzie died in Malagash at the age of 79.
