He is perhaps best known for his roles as Franklin Aloyisious Mumford in My Wife and Kids and Micah Sanders in Heroes.Noah has proved his talents not only in music, but he also has a television career. Gray-Cabey made his feature film debut as "Joey Dury" in Lady in the Water. His career in television began in December 2001 and has continued a steady presence, appearing on My Wife & Kids playing the role of Franklyn Aloysius Mumford, an extraordinarily smart but annoying kid, 48 Hours, Grey's Anatomy, The Tonight Show, Good Morning America and the Oprah Winfrey Show. He is currently on the hit television series Heroes, as Micah Sanders, the son of Niki Sanders and D.L. Hawkins. He plays a boy who is able to control machines.
