Claude Morin: is a politician from Quebec, Canada. He was an Action démocratique du Québec Member of the National Assembly for the electoral district of Beauce-Sud from 2007 to 2008.Morin was first elected in the 2007 election with 57% of the vote. Liberal incumbent Diane Leblanc finished second with 30% of the vote. Morin took office on April 12, 2007 and was named the Official Opposition's Shadow Minister for Revenue.

Norbert Morin: is a politician in the Canadian province of Quebec. He was first elected to represent the riding of Montmagny-L'Islet in the National Assembly of Quebec in the 2003 provincial election, but was defeated in the 2007 provincial election by Claude Roy of the Action démocratique du Québec. He was subsequently re-elected in the 2008 provincial election. He is a member of the Quebec Liberal Party. Prior to its election, Morin was a municipal councilor from 1974 to 2002 for the municipality of Saint-François-de-la-Rivière-du-Sud and was mayor for this town in 2003 and in 2007. He was an administrative member for a local Desjardins bank, the Montmagny CLSC and CHSLD as well as the local tourism office. He was also president for the public safety committee and an administrator of the local development center of the Montmagny Regional County Municipality. He is also the owner of a meat shop since 1990.

Louis-Simon-René Morin: was head of the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation during World War II from 1940 to 1944, and was the first francophone to head of the CBC. He subsequently worked as a notary, and was mayor of Saint-Hyacinthe from 1915 to 1917. He was elected as MP for St. Hyacinthe—Rouville in 1921, and served till 1930. He later became head of the General Trust of Canada in 1927 and head of the Chambre des notaires du Québec from 1921 to 1924.

Albanie Morin: was a Canadian politician, who represented the electoral district of Louis-Hébert in the Canadian House of Commons from 1972 to 1976. Morin, Monique Bégin and Jeanne Sauvé, all elected in 1972, were the first women ever elected to the House of Commons from Quebec. A member of the Liberal Party, Morin first won the seat in the 1972 election, and was reelected in 1974. She held the seat until her death in 1976, and was succeeded by Dennis Dawson in a by-election held on May 24, 1977.
