Vanessa Chantal Paradis: Vanessa Paradis was discovered on the TV show L'+cole des fans in 1980. She recorded her first single La Magie des surprises-parties in 1985. Although it was not a hit, it paved the way for the song with which she would become internationally famous - "Joe le taxi" in 1987, while she was still only 14 years old.[1] It was #1 in France for 11 weeks[2] and, unusually for a song sung in French, was released in the United Kingdom the following year, where it reached #3. It was taken from her first album M&J (it stands for Marilyn & John) which, although it gained a number 13 placing in France, drew little attention in the UK and did not chart.

Vanessa Lee Carlton: is an American soft rock/Piano pop singer, songwriter, and pianist best known for the Billboard top five, Grammy-nominated single "A Thousand Miles" from her debut album, Be Not Nobody which was released April 30, 2002, and certified platinum in the U.S.Carlton's second album, Harmonium (released November 9, 2004), debuted at number 33 on the U.S. Billboard 200[1] and had sold 179,000 copies as of February 2006,[2] with the single "White Houses," peaking at 86 in the U.S. Billboard Hot 100.[3] She subsequently parted company from her record label A&M, though she still holds a dedicated fanbase.

Vanessa Brown: was an Austrian actress who was successful in American radio, film, theater and television. Born Smylla Brynd in Vienna, Austria to Jewish parents, Brown and her family fled to Paris, France in 1937 to escape persecution with the rise of National Socialism.Within a few years the family had settled in America and Brown auditioned for Lillian Hellman for a role in Watch on the Rhine. Fluent in several languages, Brown impressed Hellman with her presence and authentic Teutonic accent, and she was signed as understudy to Ann Blyth, eventually doing the role of Babette on Broadway and in the touring production. In high school she wrote and directed school plays.

She was educated at home by her parents in languages, mathematics and history, and took drawing lessons from Ebenezer Cook before she attended Sir Arthur Cope's art school in 1896,and then studied painting at the Royal Academy in 1901.
