Vin Scully Gets Farewell Gift

The Dodgers wanted to do something more for the play-by-play sportscaster for the Los Angeles based team, they wanted to give him the ultimate gift – A World Series title. The players even gathered infield to raise their caps to Scully.

In fact, the Dodgers have a good chance at beating the Cubs in the playoffs. The ceremony for Scully was great, even Kevin Costner was there to give a speech that honored Vin. However, Ross Porter wasn’t invited, in case all you hardcore sports fans were wondering.

For all the fans of Vincent Edward “Vin” Scully, they should enjoy his last few games and relish in the fact that we got to hear him talk about the Dodgers for so long.
