Dante Quinterno: was an Argentine comics artist, famous for being thereator of the Patoruzú character.He was born in San Vicente, Buenos Aires on October 26, 1909, son of Martín Quinterno and Laura Raffo[1]. His paternal grandfather was originally from Piamonte, and emigrated to Argentina to be a farmer and then a fruit seller.In 1924 he began sending his drawings to several Buenos Aires newspapers and in 1925 he publish his first comic Panitruco, in El Suplemento.
