Michael Norman Davison: is a former politician in Ontario, Canada. He served in the Legislative Assembly of Ontario from 1975 to 1981 and again from 1984 to 1985 as a member of the New Democratic Party. He was arrested on criminal charges in 2004. He was elected to the Ontario legislature in the 1975 provincial election, succeeding his father Norm Davison in Hamilton Centre. He was re-elected over Liberal candidate Sheila Copps by fourteen votes in the 1977 election, but lost to Copps in a 1981 rematch. Davison won a seat on the Hamilton, Ontario City Council in 1982, and was re-elected to the provincial legislature in a 1984 by-election over Liberal candidate Lily Oddie Munro by 55 votes. He never actually returned to sit in the legislature, however, as it was not convened before the writs were dropped for the 1985 general election, in which Davison lost to Oddie by 384 votes.

Charles Henry Davison: was a merchant and political figure in Nova Scotia, Canada. He represented Lunenburg County in the Nova Scotia House of Assembly from 1876 to 1878 as a Liberal member. Davison was elected to the provincial assembly in an 1876 by-election held after Mather Byles DesBrisay was named a county judge. He became the senior member of the lumber company upon his father's death in 1894; he died less than three years later.

Edward Doran Davison: was a lumber merchant and political figure in Nova Scotia. He represented Queen's County in the Nova Scotia House of Assembly from 1855 to 1859. Davison was defeated when he ran for reelection in 1859. He expanded his lumber operations and his company had become the largest lumber business in the province by the 1880s. In 1887, he married Martha Hopkins Campbell after the death of his first wife.
