Martino "Tino" Lettieri: a former NASL and MISL professional soccer goalkeeper, who represented Canada twice at the Summer Olympics: 1976 and 1984.Raised in Canada, Lettieri began his pro career with the Minnesota Kicks in 1977 and played there until 1981. He went on to play the Vancouver Whitecaps in '82 and '83 and the Minnesota Strikers in '84. He was named NASL North American Player of the Year in 1983 and had the league's best Goals Against Average in both '82 and '83.

Martino Tirimo: is a Cypriot pianist, born in Larnaca, Cyprus. He won the Liszt Scholarship to the Royal Academy of Music at sixteen, going on to graduate with the highest honours; in 1971 and 1972 winning the International Piano Competitions in Munich and Geneva launched his international career. Martino Tirimo became a champion for Michael Tippett's Piano Concerto, which he performed several times with the composer conducting, and of which they also made a recording that was released in 1991. Altogether, Tirimo has made over 50 recordings, including the complete works of Mozart with the Leipzig Gewandhaus Orchestra in 2006.

Rinaldo Fioramonte Martino: was an Argentine football striker who played for both the Argentina and the Italy national football teams[1].Martino was signed by San Lorenzo de Almagro in 1941 at the age of 19 from Belgrano de Rosario. He made his debut in 1941 against Newell's Old Boys[2] and in 1942 he became the top scorer in the Argentine Primera netting 25 goals in 30 games. In 1946 the team won the Primera División championship.
