Waclaw Zagórski: was a Polish lawyer, soldier, a participant in the Warsaw Uprising with the rank of captain and a commander in the famous Chrobry II Battalion. He was decorated with the Order of Virtuti Militari 5th Class in 1944.

Waclaw "Vogg" Kieltyka: is a Polish musician and composer. He is a graduate of musical school in the first and second degree, alongside having attended the Academy of Music in Krakow as an accordionist. Professionally, Waclaw is the guitarist in death metal group Decapitated and has been a member of Lux Occulta since 1998, as well as the Krakow group Sceptic and the Polish singer-songwriter Renata Przemyk. Recently he has joined death metal band Vader.

Waclaw Borowski: was a Polish painter and decorative artist.He studied painting at the Academy of Fine Arts in Kraków under Józef Mehoffer who was one of the leading artists of the Young Poland movement and one of the most revered Polish artists of his time. He spent the years of 1909-1913 in Paris copying works of the old masters at the Louvre. He later traveled to Italy to study the Renaissance masters in the place of its origin. In 1920 Borowski was a volunteer fighter for the Polish forces in the Polish-Bolshevik War. In 1926 he cofounded and was a vital part of Warsaw's artistic groups RYTM.

Waclaw Grzybowski: was a Polish politician and philosopher. Deputy to Polish Sejm from 1927 to 1935, ambassador to Soviet Union (Moscow) from July 1936 to 17 September 1939. As Ambassador he was summoned and given the note informing of the Soviet cancelling agreements with Poland prior to their invasion of Poland. Waclaw Grzybowski refused too accept the note[1] and then emigrated.

Waclaw Olszak: was a Polish physician, activist and politician from the region of Zaolzie, Czechoslovakia. He was a mayor of the town of Karviná (Karwina) for seven years. Ten days after outbreak of World War II he was murdered by Nazis.Olszak was a member and co-founder of various Polish organizations in Zaolzie. He was a member of the general committee of Zwiazek Polaków w Czechoslowacji (Association of Poles in Czechoslovakia) and Zwiazek Slaskich Katolików w Czechoslowacji (Association of Silesian Catholics in Czechoslovakia). After World War I, as a member of the Association of Silesian Catholics, he took active part in the work of the National Council of the Duchy of Cieszyn, provisional Polish political body working for joining Cieszyn Silesia to independent Poland.[2]
