Ville Sorvali: is a Finnish musician and music journalist. He is probably best known as the vocalist, bassist and lyricist for the Finnish folk/pagan metal band Moonsorrow. His cousin Henri "Trollhorn" Sorvali is the lead guitarist and main songwriter.

Ville Petteri Laihiala: is the current vocalist and guitarist of the Finnish gothic metal group Poisonblack[1] . He was also the frontman for Sentenced from 1996 (when he replaced their former bassist and vocalist, Taneli Jarva) until the group ended their career in 2005. When joining Sentenced he was soon accepted by fans. He wrote very few songs for Sentenced (whose main-songwriters were Miika Tenkula and Sami Lopakka), but one example of a song he wrote is "Aika Multaa Muistot" on the album, "The Cold White Light".[2]

Ville Nousiainen: is a Finnish cross country skier who has been competing since 2002. He finished fifth in the 4 x 10 km event at the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver.Nousiainen won his first world championship medal with a bronze in the team sprint event with Sami Jauhojärvi at Liberec in 2009. He then followed it with another bronze in the 4 x 10 km event at those same championships.

Ville Kantee: is a former Finnish ski jumper who competed from 1997 to 2004. He won two team (large and normal) silver medals the 2001 FIS Nordic World Ski Championships in Lahti and 9th in the individual large hill at those same championships.

Larinto made his World Cup debut in 2007-08, and picked up his first World Cup points in the Four Hills opener at Oberstdorf, Germany on 30 December 2007, when he finished 29th.The 2008-09 season was his breakthrough season. He began the season with an impressive 9th place finish at Kuusamo, and got his first career podium finish one week later in Trondheim, Norway, where he finished second behind Gregor Schlierenzauer.
