In 2003 Ivgi moved to Hapoel Kfar Saba who were in the Liga Leumit, and they finished in the 4'th place nearly promoting to Ligat ha'Al. in the next season (04/05) Ivgi and Hapoel Kfar Saba won the Liga Leumit championship and promoted to Ligat ha'Al. After a season with Hapoel Kfar Saba in Ligat ha'Al Ivgi made the move to Beitar Jerusalem
