Ovidiu Lipan Tandarica: is a Romanian musician.He played between 1966 and 1975 with the Romanian rock band Rosu si negru. In 1975 he joined Transsylvania Phoenix. In 1977 he settled in Germany, but after 1990 he moved back to Romania. Now he has solo projects and also plays with Phoenix.

He also wrote for Revista Fundatiilor Regale. From 1937 to 1941, he held an Alexander von Humboldt fellowship. He was on the Faculty at the University of Bucharest between 1941 and 1949.
