He is currently playing Dr. Armaan Mallik in Dill Mill Gaye on STAR One.[1][2]He started his career with TV serials like Kitni mast hai zindagi{| Kasautii Zindagii Kay on STAR Plus, Solhah Singaar on Sahara One, and C.I.D. on Sony Entertainment Television, before doing the role of Dr. Armaan Mallik in Dill Mill Gaye on STAR One with co-actress Shilpa Anand (who plays Dr. Riddhima Gupta, his love interest) later replaced by Sukirti Kandpal and now replaced by Jennifer Winget which made him an instant star.

Karan Singh: an Indian politician, author, diplomat and present titular Maharaja of Jammu and Kashmir. He was born as the Yuvraj (Crown Prince), i.e., heir-apparent to the then ruler of the state of Jammu and Kashmir Maharaja Hari Singh, in the royal family of Jammu and Kashmir. He received the Padma Vibhushan in 2005.

In 2000 he represented Croatia at Eurovision Song Contest, after winning the Croatian pre-selection Dora. In the Eurovision Song Contest, he won the ninth place with his song "Ostani" ("Stay").
