Leng Mei: a native Jiaozhou (now Jiaoxian, Shangdong), is a famed Chinese painter in Qing Dynasty. He excelled in painting human figures, especially beauties. His courtesy name was Jichen, and sobriquet Jinmen Waishi, or Jinmen Shushi. He was Jiao Bingzhen's student.

Kathryn Leng: an English cricketer for Bradford/Leeds UCCE, England Women and Yorkshire Women.Born in Pudsey, Yorkshire, Leng was U-19 captain for England Women and first played for the senior squad in a One-day International in 1995. In April 1999, Leng played for Yorkshire Bank first team in the Bradford Cricket League, the first woman to play in that league, and became the first woman to play inter UCCE cricket in 2001. She was dropped from England's one-day squad in 2002 after taking an unauthorized holiday in Tenerife. Although she was recalled for the 2003 tour for Australia, her last Test match, as of 2006, was in February 2003. Her highest test score came in 1996, with 144 against New Zealand.

Seow Poh Leng: the second son of Seow Chye Watt, was a prominent and successful Singaporean banker, founding member of the Ho Hong Bank, member of the committee of the Straits Settlement (Settlement of Singapore)[1] famous philanthropist and benefactor of public development works.Seow Poh Leng, the second son of Seow Chye Watt,[2] came from humble beginnings. Seow Poh Leng spent two years in a Chinese school and was then sent to Eastern school and finished his schooling at the Anglo-Chinese school. After passing his Senior Cambridge examinations at the Anglo-Chinese School, he decided to become a teacher. He competed for the Queen's Scholarships in 1902. Although he stood high among the candidates, he failed to win the much-coveted prize, and attributed his failure to the fact that he had to divide his time between his duties as a pupil teacher and preparing for the examinations.[2][3]

Denis Leng: is an English-born Irish former cricketer. A right-handed batsman and right-arm fast-medium bowler, he played six times for the Ireland cricket team between 1966 and 1968 including one first-class match.

Christof Leng: is a German politician and computer scientist. As a founding member of the Pirate Party Germany, he became its first leader on September 10, 2006. Leng, who held the post until May 2007, works as a research fellow at the Darmstadt University of Technology.[1] He is board member of the German Informatics Society.[2]

Alfonso Leng: was a post-romantic composer of classical music and dentist. He was born in Santiago, Chile. He wrote the first important symphonic work in Chilean tradition, "La Muerte de Alcino", a symphonic poem inspired by the novel of Pedro Prado. He composed also a number of different works including many art songs in different languages and a number of important piano pieces, like the five "Doloras" (1914), which he later orchestrated and are normally played in concerts in Chile and Latinamerica. He won the Nacional Art Prize in 1957. As dentist, he was the main founder of the Dentistry Faculty of the Universidad de Chile, and he was eventually elected as the first dean.
