Virgildásio Senna: is an engineer and politician in Brazil. In 1988 , Virgildásio founded, along with other dissidents of the PMDB, the PSDB , and ran for mayor by the new party, with support from the left wing of the PMDB , led by the then governor of Bahia, Pires . At the time of definition of the PMDB candidate, there was a rift between the PMDB group called "historic", then connected to the administration of Waldir, and the group under the influence of the mayor Mario Kertesz and manager of communications Peter Irujo .
