Wolter Robert Van Hoëvell Origin/Culture/Country: Dutch
Wolter Robert Van Hoëvell: was a Dutch minister, politician, reformer, and writer. Born into nobility and trained in the Dutch Reformed Church, he worked for eleven years as a minister in the Dutch East Indies and became an outspoken critic of Dutch colonialism. After being forced to resign his position in the Indies, van Hoëvell returned to the Netherlands, where he served as a member of parliament for the Dutch Liberal party from 1849 to 1862, and from 1862 until his death he was a member of the State Council.
Hans Wolter Origin/Culture/Country: German
Hans Wolter: was a German physicist who designed an aplanatic system of grazing incidence mirrors that satisfied the Abbe sine condition (i.e. free of both spherical aberration and coma). Wolter showed such a system could be produced using a combination of a paraboloid with either a hyperboloid or ellipsoid secondary.[1] The three simplest designs are outlined and are known as Wolter telescopes of types I, II and III.

Michel Wolter: is a Luxembourgian politician. He was the youngest-ever member of the Chamber of Deputies when elected in 1984, and served as Minister for the Interior from 1995 to 2004. He is also a businessman and a former international table tennis player.
